Some Parents/Carers have reported issues with notifications not being received on Arbor. It is massively important that Parents/Carers  are using the App version on IOS/Android Mobile phones. If only signed up via web access you will only receive email notifications which can often be missed. For this reason we are saying it is crucial to use the Arbor App with full instructions on how to download the application in this PDF document "section 2 Getting Started: Download and Log In". 

For those of you already using the Arbor App on Mobile devices. There are some known issues with Arbor and not receiving notifications mentioned in "3.1 Common Notification Issue". The part which will be most useful for fixing the issue in section 3 is how to resolve notifications not being received discussed  in "3.2 Common Fix: Disable and Re-enable Push Notifications". 

If you are still having issues you can reach out to the school office via email or Telephone and we can try to resolve anyone still having issues after this.
